Common People Returns For A Third Helping

This weekend sees the team behind Bestival bring Common People to Southampton Common for the third year running.

Headlining Saturday night is critically acclaimed DJ Pete Tong, with the Heritage Orchestra who’s talents were highlighted at the Royal Albert Hall a few years ago. Pete Tong brought the whole orchestra along to play dance classics which included Faithless’ ‘Insomnia’. This is not just a dance show but will be something very spectacular. Don’t miss it.

Other acts on Saturday include British hip hop prodigy Loyle Carner and West Sussex singer/songwriter Tom Odell, as well as DJ/producers Joy Orbison and Midland.

Sunday sees dancehall master Sean Paul headlining, and is highly anticipated after a great set at Bestival on the Isle of Wight last year.

Famous dance music duo Groove Armada will be a must see on Sunday, as well as indie four-piece Wild Beasts and Bristol bassline duo My Nu Leng on the Uncontained stage. The team are also bringing back the world’s biggest bouncy castle that was featured at last year’s event!

Don’t miss out on another edition of this family-friendly festival. Tickets are still available here.
