After her hugely successful 2013 debut album ‘Pure Heroine’, New Zealand singer Lorde has announced her second studio album. ‘Melodrama’ is set to be released later this year, but as of yet no official date has been set. Lorde’s first studio album was released when she was just sixteen and it topped the album charts of twenty-one countries. Her huge single ‘Royals’ also topped eleven countries’ singles charts.

Now, the twenty-year-old singer/songwriter has now released her first single from the upcoming album. ‘Green Light’ is another example of Lorde’s talents and has created yet another catchy, yet meaningful pop song. The song is nothing short of sounding happy but its lyrics are intense.
