Chase & Status to Headline Soundclash Festival

Drum and Bass pioneers Chase & Status have been announced as headliners for this year’s Soundclash Festival near Southampton. The duo along with MC Rage return after taking 2015 off, focusing on their upcoming fourth album, as well performing live with Rebel Sound – the duo’s side project alongside David Rodigan, Shy FX and Rage.

Also announced across the day are Sub Focus, Hot Since 82, Hannah Wants, Joris Voorn, Mistajam, Patrick Topping, Ms. Dynamite, Friction, DJ SKT, Hazard, Jaguar Skills, Dimension, Shadow Child, Bonkaz, Danny Byrd, Gotsome, S.A.S.A.S.A.S, Doorly, Majestic, Foor, Mampi Swift and Frankee. Twenty further artists are still to be announced.

The festival, which will be the third instalment in just its second year will take place at Somerley House near Ringwood on Sunday 1st May, after being held at Eastleigh’s Silverlake Stadium in its inaugural year. The change in venue is to accommodate a many more festival goers and make the overall festival experience better.

Last year, London duo Gorgon City headlined the May Soundclash with fellow London duo Basement Jaxx headlining the September instalment.
