Bournemouth Uni Summer Ball 2015 – The Ultimate Celebration

Being a student at Bournemouth University definitely has it’s perks. It’s been a thrilling year of music events at a range of different venues, from Halo Fridays, Treatment, the new found success of Foreverland as well as Enter Drumfunk and Dice for fans of Drum n Bass. With Kasabian and Bombay Bicycle Club also playing Bournemouth International Centre, it’s safe to say there’s something for everyone, no matter your musical taste.

But what would be a fitting end for such a fantastic year of events? The answer is Bournemouth Summer Ball.

Running for over 20 years now, with a massive 7000 Bournemouth students in attendance and wearing fancy dress, it’s the ultimate end of year party.

Bournemouth’s Summer Ball will take place this Saturday 6th June, and the folks over at SUBU have compiled a stellar line up featuring Sigma, Sunset Sons, M.O, Stormzy, Artful Dodge, Julio Bashmore amongst many more across five different stages. There’s a fantastic variety that’s sure to keep everyone entertained until the early hours, when all the surviving students embark on a trip to the beach to get a photograph.

There’s also a range of after parties across a number of different venues including The Old Firestation, Orange Rooms and Aruba.
