Muse Announced for Glastonbury Friday Night

imageDevon Rock three piece Muse have been announced as headliners for this year’s Glastonbury Festival. The trio, who released seventh album Drones in June 2015 will headline the Friday night of the festival.

It will be Muse’s third headline slot at Glastonbury Festival after headlining the Sunday night in 2004 and the Saturday night in 2010.

Muse will join Coldplay at the top of the bill, who will headline the Sunday night. Coldplay, who released seventh album A Head Full of Dreams in December were announced earlier this month.

The only other artist announced for Glastonbury 2016 is Jeff Lynne’s ELO, who will perform on the Sunday evening legends spot.
