inSYNC’s Weekly Festival News (March 20th 2017)

This week’s festival news comes from a Hertfordshire’s very own Standon Calling festival. After announcing two headliners last month, the festival has now released this year’s Sunday night closer.

Standon Calling

Standon Calling is our favourite small UK festival. The festival brings a unique family-orientated vibe couple with great food, entertainment and a music-lovers lineup. The festival always gives partiers an experience like no other with a brilliant mix of quality dance music and old and new bands. The last weekend in July is always one to have in the diary and gives even the UK’s biggest festival’s a run for their money.

After announcing their first very exciting wave of acts for this year’s festival, the Hertfordshire event has shown off their second instalment, including announcing the 2017 Sunday night headliner. As well as playing host to electronic artist Orbital and pop sensations Clean Bandit, Standon Calling will see Grace Jones close this year’s festival. Other artists on the bill include indie group Editors, punk duo Slaves and singer/songwriter Laura Mvula.
