inSYNC’s ‘Needed’ Track of the Week: ‘Citizen/Nowhere’ by Daniel Avery

Lovers of electronic music must already be ecstatic with George Fitzgerald’s new record and with Jon Hopkins close to follow, 2018 is turning out to be a busy year. Now, it’s the turn of well respected DJ Daniel Avery. The new record is bleary and euphoric and points to Avery’s love for the transient life of a nightclub DJ. Avery has made a name for himself by producing a unique style ambient, psychedelic-influenced techno. Something new and different in comparison to his two past LPs. 

Our ‘Needed’ track this week is ‘Citizen/Nowhere’, one of the album’s standout tracks. It’s a beautifully composed, 90s-style downtempo dance track. Definitely one for good speakers!
