Germany’s Melt Festival has been creating unique lineups and hosting unique stages since 1997. 2018 is set to be no exception with the first wave of artists just being announced. The 20,000 capacity event lies approximately sixty kilometres outside of Berlin on an island in the middle of a lake. British indie electronic trio, The xx, will headline alongside former Glastonbury headliners Florence and the Machine. Melt’s special, eclectic mixture of bands and DJs ensures a range of music to suit all tastes. Other artists on next year’s bill include US rapper Tyler, The Creator, Russian techno DJ Nina Kraviz and British electronic producer Jon Hopkins. We’re excited to see what next year’s festival will have on offer in production value and artistic designs, as well as what other artists are yet to be named.
