Innovation in the Sun: The Ultimate Spanish Party

Do you like Drum & Bass? Well the world’s best DnB party is here again. Innovation in the Sun is a raucous seven days of festivaling in Lloret de Mar, Spain. Innovation is known as the world’s biggest drum & bass event complete with a barrage of yacht and foam parties, not to mention it being home to the world’s biggest Silent Disco Beach party.

Starting on June 23rd, Innovation is conveniently placed at the beginning of the busy festival schedule letting you start off your festival season in style. Bask in the Spanish sunshine and chill in the daytime. Relaxation and recharging the batteries is an absolute must on this trip though as the huge amount of parties will be sure to keep you up all night.

So what can you expect from Innovation in the Sun 2015? Some of the biggest names in drum & bass will descend on the event and this year is no exception! Andy C, Friction, DJ Hype, TC and Hazard are just a few of the acts in a week of more than one hundred DJs who will take to the decks.

English DJ and producer Andy C will headline this year’s festival. Andy C was named Best DJ at the 2011 Drum & Bass Arena Awards, not to mention his Number 4 position in Mixmag’s ‘Who is the Greatest DJ of All Time’ poll.

DJ Hype will also take to the stage. Hype is a man who knows what he’s doing, with over twenty years experience behind the decks. He was named Best Radio DJ in 1994 as well as working on London’s Kiss 100 radio station.

Hazard, one of the top faces of DnB in the world, will also be at Innovation 2015. Hazard is part of Ganja Records and has made a number of iconic DnB songs that head the underground scene. Hazard’s ‘Mr. Happy’ is a favourited song, and I’m sure it’ll be played many a time during the week.
