Full Lineup Announced for Radio 1’s Big Weekend

BBC Radio 1 has today announced the latest wave of artists for this year’s Big Weekend in Exeter.

Joining the already announced Coldplay as main stage headliners are London Rock band Mumford and Sons. It will be the band’s first of only two UK shows this summer with a Hyde Park gig also confirmed for 8th July.

Scottish Rock band Biffy Clyro will headline the Sunday night of the In New Music We Trust stage, joining already announced Saturday night headliners Bring Me the Horizon.

Also announced across the weekend are Ohio Rock sensation Twenty One Pilots, London Indie Rock band Bastille, Alex Turner and Miles Kane’s The Last Shadow Puppets as well as Chase and Status, Jake Bugg, Jess Glynne, Nick Jonas, Tom Odell, Sigma, Meghan Trainor, The 1975, Iggy Azealia, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Ellie Goulding, Kygo, One Republic, The Weeknd, Years & Years, Chvrches, Craig David, Fetty Wap, Flume, Stormzy, Tame Impala, Alesso, Alessia Cara, Jack Garratt, Panic! at the Disco, Skepta and Wolf Alice.

Radio 1’s Big Weekend will take place on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th May at Powderham Castle in Exeter.
