inSYNC’s ‘Needed’ Track of the Week: ‘Back for Me’ by Electric Guest

Los Angeles-based duo Electric Guest are back. Today saw the release of a new single, named ‘Back for Me’, which has been taken from Electric Guest’s upcoming second studio album ‘Plural’. The new album is set to be released on February 17th.

The band’s debut album was released in 2012 and heavily features influences from 70s and 80s soul and retro groove sounds. Both band members, Asa Taccone and Matthew Compton, incited indie, hip-hop and soul as main musical influences when growing up. This has certainly come across the their own musical productions.
