Electric Daisy Carnival Returns To The UK For 3rd Year
The world famous Electric Daisy Carnival, that started in the USA in 1997, has announced that it will return for the third year in a row to the United Kingdom. The huge dance music event, that is now held in 6 locations around the world, will return to The Milton Keynes Bowl on Saturday 11th July 2015. EDC UK has one of its best lineups to date, with some of the biggest and best from the dance scene. High-tech stages and an abundance of special FX’s are on the cards; no doubt to give the best one-day festival experience in the country. So, why would you want to go to EDC UK? The festival is a creative collaboration between companies Insomniac and Cream. Insomniac has a great reputation for hosting some of the world’s greatest events, producing more than 250 events with over 4 million attendees in America alone. They’ve teamed up with Cream, one of the UK’s biggest and oldest electronic music promoters. Cream are most known for running the UK’s biggest dance festival Creamfields.
All this means Electric Daisy Carnival is a day to feed to your senses, and your cravings for the world’s best dance music. EDC really has a unique feel to it, with carnival rides, street performers and an unforgettable atmosphere; it’s not just the tiptop music that’ll make you keep coming back to Milton Keynes. The venue itself provides a perfect setting for the event. ill have four stages, each one different from the last. Techno music will be heard at the neonGARDEN, a helping of electro-house at the kineticFIELD, whilst drum & bass will be top of the bull at the circuitGROUNDS. Finally, at the cosmicMEADOW, will be the range of the show’s headline acts.
2015’s lineup is one of the best EDC has had so far; electro house DJ Hardwell, BBC Radio 1 DJ MistaJam, drum & bass group Pendulum, British deep house DJ Philip George, London producer and DJ Route 94, jungle and drum & bass DJ Shy FX, DJ duo Sigma, American electro house DJ Steve Aoki and electronic music producer Sub Focus are to name just a few.
