inSYNC’s ‘Needed’ Track of the Week: ‘Like Mariah’ by HOMESHAKE

Peter Sagar better known as Homeshake has been producing his own brand of indie lo-fi music since 2012. Thus far producing three studio records, Sagar’s fourth instalment ‘Helium’ is set to be released in January. Homeshake gained a reputation as a stellar musician, touring with Mac DeMarco until 2014 when he left to concentrate on his solo efforts. 

As our final ‘Needed’ track of 2018, the new record’s lead single ‘Like Mariah’ seemed like a fitting end. Perfect for a relaxation session, ‘Like Mariah’ features Sagar’s soft vocal harmonies and a clunky yet chilled guitar melody. Something to end the year on a rounded high.
