inSYNC’s ‘Needed’ Track of the Week: ‘Angels/Your Love’ by Mr Jukes

Ever since British indie four-piece Bombay Bicycle Club went on hiatus last year, frontman Jack Steadman has not delayed in pursuing his exciting career even further. The singer/songwriter has now produced his first solo album under the moniker Mr Jukes. The new record, named ‘God First’, was released today in which it brings elements of Bombay Bicycle Club’s sound into a new exciting style. The intrepid use of trumpets and saxophone brings jazz fusion elements to the record, not to mention the exciting features Steadman has brought on board. Tracks with Lianne La Havas and Charles Bradley help cement the different musical elements of the album together. Our ‘Needed’ track of the week this week is ‘Angels/Your Love’, one of Mr Jukes’ most funky tracks. After an album this strong, we already can’t wait for even more new music for the Bombay frontman.
