inSYNC’s ‘Needed’ Track of the Week: ‘Depth Charge’ by Flume

After releasing his second studio album in 2016, Australian producer Flume has brought us two supporting EPs. Today the ‘Skin Companion EP II’ was released with another four exclusive tracks, including collaborations with Pusha T, Moses Sumney and Glass Animals’ frontman Dave Bayley.

Flume’s new tune ‘Depth Charge’ is our ‘Needed’ Track this week, the third track on the EP. This is the EP’s only track without a guest collaborator, but it’s crashing synths and heavy beats are typical of Flume’s production styles, especially the twenty four-year-old’s tracks with no lyrics.
