Creamfields 2015 Preview

Festival season is merely a few weeks away, and so festival warm up would be complete without a shoutout to the UK’s biggest and best dance festival. Creamfields, in Cheshire, is back on August Bank Holiday weekend with Hardwell, Avicii, The Chemical Brothers, Knife Party, Tiesto and Fatboy Slim taking to the stage to name just a few.

Let’s talk about five top acts who are making their Creamfields debuts this Summer. Taking to the North Stage on Saturday night is upcoming Norwegian tropical house artist Kygo, who has recently made it big in the UK with his single ‘Firestone’. ‘Firestone’ has now amassed over 7 million plays on SoundCloud and YouTube, and over 40 million plays on Spotify. His album will be along soon, no doubt it being shown off at his Creamfields set. The Cream Arena will see Parisian future house artist Tchami join Axwell & Ingrosso and Robin Schulz. Tchami was named as one of the Top 30 DJs to watch this year by Vice magazine, with his hits ‘Promesses’ and ‘Shot Caller’.

Pleasure State Live, that is made up of MK, Anabel Englund and Lee Foss, will make their Cream debut following the release of their new EP ‘Ghost In The System’. Lee Foss will also perform solo, showing off his tripped out house mixes. Dutch DJ duo Bassjackers will also perform at Creamfields’ Pepsi Max arena on the Sunday night. Last but not least, the Speakerbox arena will be graced with Stamina MC, who will join High Contrast for a jump up baseline set.

Creamfields 2015 will be a hell of a weekend, and if you’re into the dance scene, there isn’t something that will be able to rival the calibre of this event. Although some ticket options have sold out, don’t panic! You can still get to this amazing dance weekend with just a £20 deposit, but tickets aren’t waiting around. Book now at www.creamfields.com.
