Marking the end of each UK festival marathon, Bestival is just around the corner once again at its new site at Lulworth Castle in Dorset. After thirteen successful years at its home at Robin Hill on the Isle of Wight, Bestival has made the trip to the mainland for another exciting edition. Bestival’s year of colour boasts a multi-genre lineup of epic proportions.

Bestival has something for everyone, supplying lovers of all music with an experience that won’t be forgotten. For those passionate about everything from hip-hop and reggae to rock and dance, then Bestival’s eclectic lineup offers festival-goers with something truly unique.

Bestival’s Friday night headliner will be indie electronic trio The xx, who’ve enjoyed a successful year after the release of their third studio album, ‘I See You’, back in February. Saturday will see legendary hip-hop group A Tribe Called Quest take to the main stage. Expect to hear the now trio’s epic back catalogue of hits alongside material from their latest album ‘We Got It from Here…Thank you 4 Your Service’. This is set to be a special gig as it will be A Tribe Called Quest’s last; they have announced that they are splitting. Closing the Sunday is 80s synth-pop duo Pet Shop Boys, whose three-decade career has seen them win three Brit Awards and gain six Grammy Nominations, as well as having twenty-two Top 10 singles.

This year’s festival is shaping up to one of the best musical events of the year, pulling together some of the world’s best talent spanning an insane amount of genres. Other artists gracing Bestival 2017 include rapper Dizzee Rascal, French dance duo Justice, singer/songwriter Rag ’N’ Bone Man and indie band Circa Waves among many more.
